How to complain
Email us at [email protected] or write to us at 12 Yeomanry Road, Shrewsbury, SY1 3EH. Please include your name, contact details, and a description of what went wrong so we can look into it properly.
What happens next
- We will acknowledge your complaint promptly, usually within 5 working days.
- We will investigate and aim to give you a full response within 28 days. If we need longer, we will let you know why.
- We will explain what we have found and what, if anything, we will do to put it right.
Complaints about a solicitor
UK Housing Claims introduces you to a specialist solicitor from our panel but does not handle your legal claim. If your complaint is about the legal advice or the way your claim was handled, that should be raised directly with the solicitor or firm concerned, using their own complaints procedure. If they cannot resolve it, you may be able to take it to the Legal Ombudsman.
Data protection complaints
If your complaint is about how we have handled your personal data and you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
UK Housing Claims is a trading name of DVC Group Limited. Not a law firm; we do not provide legal advice.
