Terms of Use

Last updated: 07/09/2026

1. Who we are

This website is operated by DVC Group Limited (company number 10462808), trading as UK Housing Claims, registered in England and Wales. By using this website or submitting your details, you agree to these Terms of Use.

2. What we do (and what we don't)

UK Housing Claims is a marketing and lead generation business. We are not a law firm, we are not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, and we do not provide legal advice or handle claims ourselves. Our service is to carry out a free, no-obligation check of whether you may have a housing disrepair claim and, if appropriate, to introduce you to a specialist solicitor (or claims firm) from our panel of trusted third-party partners.

Any legal advice, assessment of the merits of your claim, and conduct of your claim is provided by the solicitor you are introduced to, not by us. Nothing on this website is legal advice.

3. Introductions and how we are paid

If you submit your details and appear to qualify, we will pass your details to a panel solicitor so they can contact you. You are under no obligation to instruct them, and you may decline to proceed at any time. We may receive a fee or commission from the panel partner for introducing you; this does not add any cost to you. Any claim you pursue is subject to a separate agreement between you and that solicitor, on their terms (typically No Win, No Fee).

4. No guarantee

We do not guarantee that you have a valid claim, that a panel partner will accept your case, or the outcome or value of any claim. Eligibility indications given by this website are not a promise of a claim.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are the person the details relate to (or are authorised to provide them). You must not use this website unlawfully or submit false information.

6. Your data

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By submitting the form you consent to your details being shared with a panel solicitor so they can contact you about your claim.

7. Website content and liability

The content on this website is for general information only and may not be up to date or complete. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on it, or from your dealings with any panel partner. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always applies. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
